Jatropha Investor’s Testimonials

Many Happy Returns

The last twelve months have flown by, particularly if you’re a Jatropha tree! Starting from just a seed, a one-year-old tree is now four
feet tall. But it’s not only the trees that are flourishing. The financial returns have been excellent – right at the top of the projected
range. Nursery tree owners are receiving the full 13.3% return which was stated as the maximum at time of investment, giving us
confidence that the higher numbers in the next few years will be comfortably achieved.

Early Investors Delighted With First Year’s Financial Returns . .
Here are some comments from tree owners who are extremely happy with the performance of their
investment:

“As an investment adviser I’m naturally cautious when making recommendations to clients.
Certainly a few of them felt that investing in such a new company in a new industry was a little risky, but a few took a “punt”,
attracted both by the potential returns and a warm glow that they were doing something for the planet and some of the poorest
people on earth. I also put some of my own money into buying trees, both within and outside my SIPP.
I was delighted to receive my first year’s earnings a month early, showing a return at the maximum level advertised. Greatly
reassured, I’m now looking at the new 5-hectare lease programme.”

“I was sceptical when I first heard about the returns available – it all looked too good to be true – but I decided to take a risk because
it made such good sense. I’m glad I did. The first anniversary payment arrived promptly, which gives me confidence for the future,
particularly since it was the maximum expected.”

Rob Frost, Lincolnshire. October 2009

“I know from my daily business that oil is running out and we need a replacement. Biofuel seems the obvious answer and that’s why
I invested. I’m now talking to an IFA about buying more trees through a SIPP.”

Nigel, Plymouth. October 2009

“I was attracted by the low minimum investment level which allowed me to dip a toe in the water. I’ve subsequently bought small
bundles of trees as christening presents which should provide a really nice nest egg when they reach the age of 18. I’m going to look
at the 99- year lease programme to top up my pension fund.”

We also ask all our new investors three questions:

  • Why did you choose to invest in Jatropha?

  • How do you feel about the ethical side of the investment?

  • And finally, what did you think about the information provided through the website, brochure and the people you spoken with?

Here are some of their answers:

I choose to invest in Jatropha because it is a very low risk venture  with sustainable profit to be made, as we are facing difficult challenges ahead with fuel shortages and i think Jatropha can help solve some of this problem ..

Ethically I feel great to have invested in Jatropha. Knowing that you are helping provide employment in poorer regions and also being part of a new greener way of tackling climate change.

I found the website and brochure very helpful and insightful and the people that i spoke with extremely helpful, and polite and would recommend them to all my friends who are thinking of investing.

 Mr B. Mullins – Dublin

1. I chose to invest in the Jatropha project because firstly it offered very good potential returns and it also offered a SIPP facility.

2. In terms of the ethical side of the project I could appreciate that this project was going to be very important to the ongoing welfare of the country in which it operated in terms of providing additional jobs for the locals but also it was protecting the productivity of the usual crops which the country depends on and was in fact over time increasing the potential crop production by turning marginal land into arable land. The main obvious benefit of this project is that it will reduce the carbon footprint.

3. I was very impressed with the information and service provided by all involved. I have received a very good service from you and the recommended IFA.

Mr P. Dodson – London

1. The estimated/ projected returns is what attracted me to this investment and the added bonus of being able to invest via a SIPP.
2. A fantastic win/win opportunity - I get what I want (high returns) and in return I am helping out others…. and the environment – can’t get better than this can it?
3. Everyone has been fantastic from the word go – from my initial contact to date. The information provided was sufficient for me to understand the investment and to move forward with it. Thanks
Mr N. Da Silva – London
